Light Mold In Crawlspace

This home in Cherokee was just beginning to develop slight mold in the crawlspace.  The homeowner called SERVPRO of the Quad Cities and we inspected and provided an estimate for the work.  She was eager to get the mold problem taken care of quickly before it began to grow.  

The crawlspace was 18 feet by 24 feet and was only 2 feet tall.  Our crew had to work lying down to clean the mold and treat and seal the wood joists and subfloor.  It took two days to complete the job due to the tight spaces in which our crew had to maneuver.
