Frozen Pipe In Basement

We received dozens of calls from homeowners with water damage after frozen pipes in January 2014.  This home located in Killen had water damage in the basement.  

When our crew arrived, the homeowners had been working hard to remove water from the carpet with a shop vac.  Our equipment is more powerful and our crews extracted the remaining water.  The carpet was delaminated in this hallway and was removed after discussing with the homeowner and insurance adjuster.  The carpet in the adjacent bedroom was not too damaged to be saved.  Drying equipment was set and damaged areas were treated with an antimicrobial.  The carpet in the bedroom was cleaned at the completion of this job.
