Whirlpool Tub Leak

This water damage was caused by the whirlpool tub in this Muscle Shoals home.  There was a leak in the water supply line.  The water damaged 3 rooms:  the master bath, the master bedroom and the master closet.

These pictures are from the master bedroom.  The water saturated the carpet and pad.  The subfloor was very wet.  Our crews pulled back the carpet and removed the pad.  Drywall was removed so that drying equipment could be positioned to dry the area underneath the tub.  

After the initial mitigation services, you can see that the wood is still very wet.  Our crews will monitor the drying progress for the next few days until all areas have reached the drying goal.
