Water Leak Inside Wall

This Tuscumbia home suffered water damage to a utility closet and an adjacent bedroom.  The cause was a pipe inside the wall.  

Luckily, the homeowner discovered the leak within an hour and was able to get the water turned off.  Our crews came out and extracted the water from the carpet and set drying equipment.  No further damage had been done other than the drywall that was removed by the plumber to gain access to the leak.  All materials were dry the next day and the carpet was saved.  The homeowner is now discussing reconstruction services with our reconstruction manager to have the drywall replaced and the wall painted.
